Privacy notice
Effective
This notice is effective October 16, 2026. It explains how VantaCore AI (VantaCore AI Inc) handles personal information processed through this website and through the email, telephone, and postal contact channels published here.
- Who we are and what this notice covers
- This website is operated by VantaCore AI Inc, a California corporation, incorporated in California under the General Corporation Law of California, with a registered office at 145 S. Fairfax Avenue, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036. This notice covers personal information processed through this website and through the email, telephone, and postal contact channels published here. A separate agreement may govern information processed for a customer engagement.
- Information we process and where it comes from
- When you browse the site, hosting and network systems may process technical information such as IP address, requested path, browser or user-agent information, timestamps, and security or error signals. If you contact us directly, or through the sales inquiry or support case form on the Contact page, we process the identifiers, contact details, organization information, and message content you choose to provide. Existing website inquiry records may also contain name, work email, company, engineering team size, use-case text, and creation time. We receive this information from you or automatically from the systems used to deliver and protect the site; the application does not buy personal information from data brokers.
- Why we process information
- We use technical information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website. We use direct-contact information to understand and respond to the communication, keep an appropriate business record, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use contact content to train an AI model. Do not send passwords, credentials, secrets, customer data, health or payment information, or other regulated data through these channels.
- Website contact forms
- The Contact page offers a sales inquiry form and a support case form. Each sends what you enter directly from your browser to Salesforce, Inc., which stores it for VantaCore AI Inc as a Lead or Case record in our Salesforce service; this website itself stores nothing from the forms, and its own inquiry API remains disabled. Both forms use Google reCAPTCHA to screen automated submissions, which means Google processes device and interaction signals under its own privacy policy and terms; Salesforce verifies the result before creating a record and discards a submission that fails verification. You may instead email support@vantacore-ai.com, call (949) 214-4075, or write to VantaCore AI Inc, 145 S. Fairfax Avenue, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036. None of these channels books a consultation or guarantees routing or a reply.
- Disclosure and service providers
- We may disclose personal information to service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the website and contact channels — including Salesforce, Inc., which stores sales inquiries and support cases, Google, which operates the reCAPTCHA check, and the cloud infrastructure and network providers that deliver the site — and to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a dispute. Service providers may use the information only for the service or legal purpose for which it was disclosed.
- No sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
- The website application does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. It does not activate analytics, session replay, advertising pixels, or tag-management vendors.
- Cookies, tracking signals, and third-party collection
- The website application does not set an optional analytics or advertising cookie and does not perform cross-site tracking. Because those activities are off, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change application behavior. Hosting systems may use essential security or delivery mechanisms and process request metadata. The Google reCAPTCHA check on the contact forms loads only when you begin filling in a form and may set cookies under Google's policies for the purpose of distinguishing people from automated traffic. No third party is authorized by the application to collect personal information over time across unrelated websites. If these practices change, we will update the disclosure and provide any legally required choice before enabling the change.
- Retention and existing inquiry records
- Sales inquiries and support cases are kept in our Salesforce service, and existing website inquiry records are kept where they were saved; closing the earlier web form did not delete them. We keep inquiry and case information for 12 months after the last substantive interaction, then securely delete or irreversibly anonymize it, unless an active engagement, legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation requires longer retention. Technical logs are kept only for the documented operational or security period configured by the responsible provider.
- Security and access
- Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No method is completely secure.
- Your choices and requests
- You may ask what personal information VantaCore AI controls about you and request correction or deletion by emailing support@vantacore-ai.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and applicable law may permit or require us to retain certain information. If applicable law grants additional access, portability, restriction, objection, appeal, or non-discrimination rights, we will process a verified request under that law. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification.
- Children
- This business website is intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the information can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
- Changes to this notice
- Material changes to this notice will be posted on this page with a new effective date and any additional notice required by law. This notice is effective October 16, 2026.
