These terms are effective October 16, 2026 and cover the public website only. Any services require a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this website.
- Operator and scope
- This website is operated by VantaCore AI Inc, a California corporation, incorporated in California under the General Corporation Law of California, with a registered office at 145 S. Fairfax Avenue, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036. These terms govern access to the public website and its informational content. They do not govern a customer project, subscription, evaluation, support service, or other engagement covered by a separate written agreement.
- Acceptance and eligibility
- By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. The website is intended for adults and professional audiences; do not use it if you cannot legally agree to these terms.
- Informational content, not an offer
- The website provides company information, evaluation frameworks, and design scenarios. Nothing on the website is an offer, quote, service commitment, professional advice, warranty, or guarantee, and nothing creates a contract. Evaluation areas and illustrative scenarios do not establish product availability, implemented capability, compatibility, benchmark results, pricing, timelines, or outcomes. Any scope or commitment must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
- Permitted use
- You may view, link to, and quote limited portions of the public website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes, provided you preserve attribution and do not misrepresent the content. You may not interfere with the website, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service in a way that disrupts it, attempt unauthorized access, use the content to violate law or another person's rights, or imply an endorsement, partnership, certification, or availability statement that VantaCore has not made.
- Contacting VantaCore
- The Contact page offers a sales inquiry form and a support case form, which send what you enter to our Salesforce service, and publishes email and telephone details. Contacting VantaCore AI by any of these means does not book a consultation, guarantee routing or a reply, or create a contract, confidentiality obligation, or service commitment; a support case is a record of your report, not a response-time commitment. Do not send credentials, secrets, customer data, regulated data, or confidential material unless an authorized written process permits it. - Ownership and marks
- The website content, design, and Vantacore marks are owned by VantaCore AI Inc or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited use above, these terms grant no license to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the website or to use a Vantacore mark.
- Third-party names, links, and services
- Other companies, platforms, standards, or websites may be named or linked to provide context. Their names and marks belong to their owners. A reference or link does not establish compatibility, supported integration, partnership, endorsement, or responsibility for third-party content or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.
- Website availability and changes
- We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality without promising continuous availability. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. A separate written agreement is required for any service level, support obligation, delivery commitment, or change-control process.

- Governing law and disputes
- Unless applicable law requires otherwise or a separate written agreement controls, these website terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California are the forum for a dispute concerning only the public website.
- Changes and severability
- Material revisions to these terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an effective revision constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. These terms are effective October 16, 2026.
