Enterprise & security / Design questions

Built for environments where the data cannot move — a design question.

Trust is easier to give when claims are labelled. This page separates what this website actually does today from how VantaCore AI approaches building systems and from controls that exist only inside a specific engagement. We do not claim certifications, service levels, or a blanket security guarantee.

Enterprise & security / Unconfirmed options

Deployment options to evaluate

The artboard compares three possible shapes. None is a confirmed service or installation. There is no claim of a shared control plane, identical API, regional placement, or signed offline updates.

Managed concept / Unconfirmed

Run by us

Where it could sit
A provider-operated environment to assess
Tenancy, keys & egress
Data location, tenancy, keys, and egress to confirm
How it might update
Ownership and change windows to agree

Single-tenant concept / Unconfirmed

Your cloud account

Where it could sit
An environment in your account to assess
Tenancy, keys & egress
Network and key ownership to confirm
How it might update
Upgrade responsibility and cadence to agree

Disconnected concept / Unconfirmed

On-premises or air-gapped

Where it could sit
An on-site environment to assess
Tenancy, keys & egress
Offline constraints and transfer paths to confirm
How it might update
Offline update and support process to agree

Design questions / Not implemented controls

Data, access, and operations

A control is not delivered because it appears on a page. These questions frame what an engagement would have to specify and substantiate.

Proposed evaluation area

Data handling

  • Where can data be stored or transferred?
  • What retention and redaction rules would be necessary?
  • Which model providers and training restrictions would be agreed?

Proposed evaluation area

Access and audit

  • Which identity provider and roles would apply?
  • What evidence should an audit trail contain?
  • Who can issue, limit, and revoke access?

Proposed evaluation area

Operations

  • Who would monitor health, latency, and failures?
  • What change window and upgrade process would be agreed?
  • Would any support commitment be required in writing?

Why VantaCore / Questions to test

Reasons you can check, rather than numbers you cannot.

These six artboard themes are principles and questions to test, not achieved operational assurances.

01 / Principle

One team, whole stack

Who would be accountable across design, implementation, and handover?

02 / Principle

Portable on purpose

Can data, configurations, and model choices be moved without an unplanned rebuild?

03 / Principle

Measured, not asserted

What baseline and evaluation set would let a reviewer test the result?

04 / Principle

Deploys where you already are

Which environment, if any, meets the policy and can be supported?

05 / Principle

Boring where it counts

What timeouts, fallbacks, observability, and change controls would be needed?

06 / Principle

Plain language

Can each statement be matched to current evidence instead of a borrowed badge?

Evidence ledger / Distinct claim types

Read the status before the statement.

Implemented website behavior, design principles, and engagement-specific controls are different kinds of evidence.

01 / Implemented website facts

What this website does today

These are properties of the website you are reading, verifiable in its build. They are not statements about any product or deployment.

  • The Contact page's sales and support forms post directly to Salesforce (Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Case), protected by Google reCAPTCHA; this website stores nothing from them, and its own inquiry API stays held. Contact is otherwise by the published email address and phone number.
  • Legal notices are published as their own pages and as in-page dialogs from one shared source, so the two cannot drift.
  • Indexing directives, the sitemap, and the agent-readable summary are generated from one route manifest and checked against the pages they describe at build time.

02 / Solution-design principles

How we approach building systems

These are the principles VantaCore AI applies when evaluating and designing a system. They describe intent and method, not a control that is already delivered to you.

  • Scope one workflow or connection at a time, with an accountable owner.
  • Respect the permissions a system already enforces rather than working around them.
  • Keep a human review step where an automated decision carries consequence.
  • Produce an audit trail a reviewer can follow after the fact.
  • State what is implemented separately from what is proposed.

03 / Engagement-specific controls

Controls that live inside an engagement

These controls exist only once they are agreed in a written engagement, and their specifics vary by deployment. They are not offered or guaranteed by this website.

  • Data-residency and network-boundary decisions are made per deployment.
  • Retention windows, logging detail, and access roles are configured, not fixed here.
  • Least-privilege access and review cadence are agreed with named owners.
  • The agreement covering an engagement takes precedence over anything on this website.
